Scott Brandon
Managing Director
Hi, my name is Scott and I have been in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years.
I have always prided myself on offering a one to one service which gives priority to a positive outcome for my clients. I have enjoyed nearly 25 years at Robert Milne, firstly as a Mortgage Adviser before acquiring the practice in 2004. I have been fortunate to experience many client scenarios and have enjoyed finding and delivering positive solutions for all my clients.
In my own time I am an active member of Upminster Golf Club.
Adam Ward
Adam Ward Chartered FCSI
I have over 20 years worth of experience in the financial services sector. I began my career at Coutts Bank followed by several appointments within the square mile. I have a continuing passion to learn new skills and keep abreast of the ever-changing financial market.
A Chartered Fellow of the CISI, I hold Diplomas in Investment Advice (Financial Planning, Derivatives and Securities) as well as Investment Compliance. These qualifications coupled with my extensive knowledge within the financial services sector allow me to provide a tailored and comprehensive service to my clients.
I also enjoy travelling and keeping fit at my local boxing gym.
Victoria Gregson
Mortgage & Protection Specialist
Hi, I’m Vikki, a Mortgage & Protection Specialist. My career in the mortgage industry began in February 1999 when I joined Robert Milne Financial Advisers. After 20 years of supporting and administering mortgages I took the plunge and in 2021, I obtained my Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification. Now, as an adviser, I have the opportunity to help clients from the very start of their mortgage journey, guiding and assisting them in achieving their goals, whatever they may be.
Outside of work I am very family orientated and much of my spare time is spent with my children. However, I do love music and making the occasional trip to the gym!
Mark Adams
Mortgage & Later Life Lending Specialist
Hi, I’m Mark, I have worked in the mortgage and property market for the vast majority of my 40-year career, in Estate Agency, and many related roles for Woolwich, Barclays, NatWest, Metro Bank, and working as an independent Mortgage Specialist. My passion is helping customers to be able to do whatever it is that is important to them throughout their mortgage journey, whether helping first-time buyers get on the property ladder, those more mature customers needing help with lending in later life, or somewhere in between.
When not working, for my sins, I am a lifelong West Ham and England Cricket fan. I also enjoy a game of golf and run a thriving golf society which has raised over £50k for various charities.
Lauren Coventry
Practice Manager
I joined Robert Milne Financial Advisers in July 2021 after obtaining a BA Honours Degree in Business Management at the University of Greenwich. I strive to help clients achieve their financial objectives and am eager to broaden my personal knowledge of the financial industry.
As Practice Manager, I work alongside my team in assisting the advisers with servicing clients who have Pension and Investment portfolios.
Ethan Rendell
Senior IFA Administrator
I joined Robert Milne Finacial Advisers in June 2022 while working towards my Certificate in Mortgage and Practice (CeMAP) at the London Institute of Banking & Finance.
As a Senior IFA Administrator, I assists in the servicing of clients’ Investment, Pension, Mortgage & Protection policies and aim to assist clients in reaching their financial goals while being committed to expanding my own knowledge.
George Adelman
IFA Administrator
I joined Robert Milne Financial Adviser as an IFA Administrator in July 2026. I have worked in financial services since 2023 after studying business at A-Level.
I support our clients and advisers across pensions, mortgages, investments, and protections policies. I am committed to delivering an efficient and professional service while continuing to develop my expertise in the sector.
